UK & international returns
If you wish to return an item from your order, you must do so within 28 days from the date of purchase.
Non-faulty items must be returned at the customer’s expense and risk. Once the item is returned and is in perfect condition for resale, a refund will be arranged. We ask international customers to notify us by email and include proof of postage for the returned item. Once we receive the returned item, a refund will be arranged back to your account.
For faulty items, customers are asked to return the item and we will arrange a refund or a replacement depending on the circumstances. We will do our best to arrange a replacement to be sent out to you, so please notify us as soon as possible. Replacement items will be sent out at our expense. Postage will be refunded on damaged items only.

In order to exchange an item, you must return it in saleable condition within 28 days of purchase. Feel free to use the Free Postage slip included in your order. Goods will remain your responsibility until we receive them so please ensure you obtain proof of posting and use an insured delivery service.
If we receive your item outside the 28 day period, or if the product does not reach us in saleable condition, a voucher for all or part of the purchase price may be issued at our discretion, redeemable within thirty days although we are not obliged to do so.
It can take us up to 21 working days (though often more quickly) to process a return, especially during busy times – longer if you don’t notify us in advance that you are returning the item.
If you have received one of our products as a gift and it does not fit or it is faulty or damaged, we can only refund the original purchaser who will be informed. If you choose to exchange an item that is faulty or damaged, we cannot always prevent the original purchaser from knowing.
